The Twins Special BGVL-3 is an excellent piece of equipment for all purposes in your training: drills in the heavy bag, mitt work and specially sparring, because it has a nice and not much dense foam in the knuckles. It will certainly protect you hands and wrists as well your sparring partner. It has an very nice snug fit, much comfortable and great wrist support.
I believe this gloves are more indicated for kickboxing or muay thai because it have a great wrist flexibility and is very well padded in the back of the hands for defending kicks as well.
It’s a genuine Twins Special product with top notch quality! I’m very happy with this product!

These gloves are known to be a top thai made glove for a reason
I’ve never had a glove with such good wrist support that i can throw wild hooks without fear of injury. The foam is super protective for both you and your sparring partner. These gloves are meant for muay thai but as a boxer I love these and I think you could use these in any scenario! Great for bag work, sparring, and mitt work
